Eurostar is a high-speed and highly-regarded passenger train service, linking London to mainland Europe. The rail service required a technically sophisticated web and mobile application to enhance the reporting accuracy of their train managers and expand their customer management toolkit.
Intellectsoft delivered an app which allowed train managers to generate multiple end-of-journey reports, collect journey-specific data, and report up-to-date arrival/departure dates. The app enabled Eurostar to automate its business-critical ERP processes and enable further convenience for its customers.
The product was well-received by train managers and resulted in vastly improved reporting accuracy and client satisfaction. The application did that by reducing the workload for train managers who were previously managing parts of the process manually.
