This app utilises a range of proven cognitive, behavioural and experiential techniques to help the user to systematically make desired changes. Besides written information, Confidence Coach features audio-guides — 3 audio recordings which not only personalise the app, but include useful ‘therapist tips’ to get the most out of it. The app also provides users with two special audio tracks designed to help them relax and harness their memories of confidence and self-esteem: “guided relaxation” and “realising inner confidence”. Besides, the Positive Qualities Diary enables users to systematically collect positive information. This has been shown to underpin the development of enhanced confidence over time. The app will talk you through setting yourself therapeutic goals via Confidence Commitments — a push reminder system to help you stick to your plans. This app allows user to analyse and track the progress via Confidence Profile.
